The workout
a combination of boxing, martial arts and aerobics that gives you a full-body workout and increases balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. Kickboxing classes are less formal than traditional martial arts classes. Moves include kicks and punches and some pad work, doing a series of drills with a partner. kickboxing is one of the most popular forms of aerobic exercises. It is highly beneficial for the health and is a great fun to perform. It is an amalgamation of the elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics. kickboxing is also termed as 'boxing aerobics' and 'cardio boxing'.It includes knee strikes and self defense moves. The exercise is especially beneficial for women, because it is a great defense technique. Apart from being an exercise for self defense, it also aids in loosing weight at a fast pace, thereby helping you to achieve your goal of a beautiful, toned body shape. The workout is a full 90 minutes training session.
